a. All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide orders into multiple shipments.

b. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
 

3. Pricing and Payment

a. All prices for products are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The total price of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

b. Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit/debit card or any other payment method listed on our website.
 

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. However, shipping times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

b. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, or postal strikes.

c. Treasures are carefully and thoughtfully packaged using a combination of recycled materials and a little shimmer to make your treasures arrive secure and in style and shipping via USPS in Florence, NJ. 

d. Customer will receive a confirmation email upon check out and an additional email with the tracking number once the package is shipped.

5. Returns and Exchanges

a. Vintage treasures are one of a kind. We strive to capture all aspects of our treasures and note any imperfections if applicable.

b. Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
